Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept payment either through Paypal on our website or by credit card over the phone. Simply call us on 01588 620545 and ask for stores, our sales respresentatives will be happy to help. We do not store personal information such as credit card details and as soon as an order has been successfully processed we destroy any such information in a responsible and secure manner.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling Items will be shipped once payment has been recieved and cleared. Most items will be shipped immediately, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
If an item ordered is out of stock we will contact you to arrange a back order and to advise delivery timescases.
Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the item. We keep our shipping costs reasonable and only change you for the cost of postage, packing and handling. |

Returns Policy Under the goods of sale act and distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt of the goods.The item must be unused, in it's original packaging and include all it's accessories.If you require us to collect the item we will do so at our standard rates, once this process is completed and the item checked we will refund the cost of the item.
